They want to achieve something great and are driven to do whatever it takes to reach their goals. Additionally, these leaders have a specific game plan for how they will achieve their vision. They are not just shooting in the dark; instead, they have a concrete strategy in place that will help them accomplish their objectives.
Exceptional leaders have a culture of discipline
This means that everyone in the organization is held accountable to high standards and is expected to follow the leader’s guidance. There is no room for slacking off or taking shortcuts; instead, everyone is working together towards a common goal.

Leaders see the big picture and understand how all the pieces of the organization fit together. They know how to get the most out of their team by aligning everyone’s efforts towards a common goal.
