Lisa Neuberger Fernandez is the Chief Innovation Officer of 100 Coaches Agency. She is contributing to the organization’s growth path harnessing the power of the 100 Coaches Community through her groundbreaking research to better define the case for coaching and the future of executive coaching.
In twenty-five years as a Managing Director and strategy consultant with Accenture, Lisa advised global, cross-sector leadership teams on innovative ways to create value at scale for business and society. Some highlights include shaping Accenture’s Next Horizon strategies, designing Sustainability Challenges and Accelerators for Fortune 500 clients and the World Bank, and shaping actionable research on how to create a more inclusive future of work.

She believes that while there are big challenges out there, it’s time to change the narrative from fear to agency. She has seen the power of helping people realize they can be part of the solution when equipped with an innovator’s skills, mindsets, resources, and networks.
∙ Global Connector – Living abroad at an early age and shuttling between grad schools in business and foreign policy taught her the life lesson of building bridges between people, cultures, disciplines, and sectors to drive change. Her passion for creating win-win outcomes is manifest through her skill of creating collaboration wherever she goes. She is known for bringing together frontline leaders to create a more sustainable future.

Lisa has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Masters from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts. She enjoys unlocking human potential while advising the Adecco Innovation Foundation; mentoring with the Unreasonable Group, Ashoka, and OurSTEMJourney; and hosting #rebalancetothrive workshops. She recently moved to Madrid with her family.
