Shani has had stints in strategy consulting, M&A, and private equity, giving her an in-depth grasp of business challenges. Since 2008, she has co-led a boutique leadership consulting firm where she and her team have helped grow senior leaders and teams across multiple industries and all six inhabited continents, giving her a deep understanding of leadership challenges across roles, industries and cultures.
