Jack Stahl has coached and advised CEOs and senior leaders from more than forty multinational Fortune 500 consumer, retail, industrial, financial services, technology, and privately controlled companies. These companies have included Nike, ITT, Walmart, McDonald’s, Qualcomm, Otsuka, Tyson Foods, Becton Dickinson, Solvay, Ocean Spray, Gore Technologies, Kelly Services, and Eastman Chemical. 

Jack works to understand the executive’s record of success, their company’s business imperatives and how they see their role in achieving them, and their leadership effectiveness and challenges. Jack then shares action frameworks for driving the leader’s impact and success. Focus areas often include helping ensure strategies are focused and compelling, building strong talent and teams, driving transformation, and working effectively with boards and key external constituencies. 

As Chairman of the Board of United Natural Foods (UNFI) and Lead Director of Catalent. Jack previously served on the boards of Schering-Plough, Ahold Delhaize, Saks Inc., Advantage Solutions, New Avon, Coty Beauty, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Revlon, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Amatil, and Coca-Cola FEMSA. While on these public and private boards, Jack’s roles have included Chairman, Lead Director, and chairing committees including Leadership & Compensation, M&A, Audit & Finance, and Nominating and Governance. 

Additionally, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of The Coca-Cola Company, and CFO earlier in his career, and then became CEO and President of Revlon. Jack’s career at The Coca-Cola Company ran from 1979- 2001. Jack led the Company's business in the United States and Latin America during a period of significant growth in revenue, market share, and profitability, driven by building outstanding organizational capabilities. He then served as The Coca-Cola Company’s Global President and Chief Operating Officer. Earlier in his career at Coke Jack served as Chief Financial Officer. While at the company, he helped lead the spin-offs of large businesses into the public markets, strengthening the company’s strategic position and valuation. During his tenure at The Coca-Cola Company market capitalization rose to over $175 Billion. After leaving Coca-Cola, Jack was CEO and President of Revlon, and a member of the board of directors, from 2002-2006. Revlon achieved strong revenue growth and profitability during the five-year period under Jack’s leadership. 

Jack is a co-founder of CNEXT, which aims to accelerate the impact and advancement of diverse and underrepresented corporate leaders, and shape the future of global executive, CEO, and board communities. Jack is a Life Member and past chairman of the board of The Boys & Girls Clubs of America, is past chairman of UNCF (The United Negro College Fund), and served on the board of Spellman College.
