Cynthia Burnham is a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), leadership consultant, former Wall Street Senior Vice President, and author of “The Charisma Edge: A How-To Guide for Turning On Your Leadership Power.” She has been called “life altering” by her clients, and has a deep personal mission to help others become more powerful, confident, and aligned with who they are at their best, most authentic core.
Cynthia specializes in personal presence, leadership enhancement, and powerful communication techniques. She has more than 30 years of experience working with hundreds of groups and thousands of people in global, U.S.-based and regional companies where she has helped people get out of their own way while delivering business results. Cynthia earned an MBA in marketing from UCLA, and a B.A. in Creative Studies from UCSB. She is also a professional singer and a trained Laughter Yoga Instructor, and lives in the mountains east of San Diego where there is actually snow a couple of times a year.
