Andy Martiniello is the Chief Relationship Officer with 100 Coaches Agency
and has over 25 years of experience in business development, customer
success and leading teams. Prior to joining 100 Coaches Agency, Andy was
the Head of Growth & Coach Network at Strategyzer, one of the world’s
leading innovation strategy consulting firms. He has worked in sales and
sales leadership at global Human Capital solutions providers, including
organizations such as Workday, Ceridian and PeopleFluent.
Andy also works as an executive coach and facilitator, with a focus on team
alignment along with leadership and team development, through the lens of
emotional intelligence. He is certified with the International Coach
Federation (ICF) and is a Board Director with the ICF–Toronto Chapter,
focused on corporate outreach.
