Alex Lazarus

Alex Lazarus works with leaders around the world enabling personal and organizational transformation. Her clients are often faced with acute pressure, immense responsibilities, and dynamic environments. Current and past clients include leaders at Viacom, Zoox, Spotify, AIG, KPMG, and S&P Global Platts. Alex is known for her supportive style, rigorous training, cutting-edge diagnostics and creativity in helping to others operate optimally in the fast-changing marketplace. While each coaching program is customized, her clients report that working with her allowed them to adopt a broader behavioral and emotional range to achieve goals and to address challenges with positive curiosity and grace.

Alex’s awards include being shortlisted for International Coach of the Year, being listed as one of the “Most Influential Thought Leaders to Follow in 2021” by peopleHum, and the Gold Award by the Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Alex worked at Richard Branson’s Virgin HQ, Fox and Walt Disney. As an award-winning Marketing Director, her role included people management, strategy, launching TV channels, Awards, franchise management and partnerships.

Alex has a BA in Humanities and an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School (Distinction for research on Identity Lens as a Resource for Change). Other credentials include University of Cambridge Certification in Psychological Testing, a diploma in Personal Performance and Neurolinguistic Programming, and a practitioner in psychometrics: Spark, Emotion, Select, Team, Leader, Sales.

Alex is a member of the British Psychological Society (Special Group in Coaching Psychology) and the International Coach Federation. She is a Founding Member of Courageous Leaders and the Founder of Coach Collective, which assists underfunded innovators in education. Alex was announced as the Global Ambassador and Senior Leadership Advisor for Global Leaders in Law.
